Inclusion of Bolesławiec and Porsgrunn in the international network of ceramic tradition cities

A project implemented by the Urban Commune of Bolesławiec in partnership with the Polish Partner (Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec) and the Norwegian Partner, (Telemark Museum), and the support and participation of the European Route of Ceramics.

The project envisaged the following activities:

EVENTS:

• Boleslawiec and Telemark to join the European Route of Ceramics artistic event and exhibition presenting the contemporary design of Bolesławiec ceramics manufacturers during the Festival of Ceramics in Bolesławiec
• Offer Training on cooperation between the business and culture sectors during the Festival of Ceramics in Bolesławiec
• Training on cooperation between the business and culture sectors during Argillà Italia 2022 in Faenza
• Artistic and cultural events and an exhibition presenting the contemporary design of Bolesławiec ceramic plants in Porsgrunn
• Artistic and cultural events and an exhibition presenting porcelain from Porsgrunn in Bolesławiec

COMMUNICATION:

• Publication of a brochure for all ERC partners
• Presentation of Bolesławiec and Porsgrunn – new partners of the European Route of Ceramics – during Argillà Italia 2022 in Faenza

Duration of the project: 2021-2024 

The Project is funded by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area under the “Culture” Program, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, 2014-2021.
